This ‎[Section 2.14] shall supersede any provisions in ‎[Section 2.13] or ‎10.01 to the contrary.

This [Section 6.1] governs only the Transfer of a Member’s economic rights in the Company. With respect to the admission of a Transferee as a Member, the provisions of [Section 6.3] shall govern.

This [Section 7.2] shall, with respect to a Member, remain in effect at all times such Member holds any interest in the Company and, thereafter, for a period of five (5) years, provided, however, that with respect to any Confidential Information that constitutes a Trade ACTIVE/107611452.20

This [Section 2.17] shall supersede any provisions in [Section 10.01] to the contrary.

This [Section 10.7] is intended only to define the relative rights of the Guarantors, and nothing set forth in this [Section 10.7] is intended to or shall impair the obligations of the Guarantors, jointly and severally, to pay any amounts as and when the same shall become due and payable in accordance with the terms of this [Section 10].

This [Section 2.16] shall supersede any provisions in Sections 2.12, 2.13 or 10.011]1] to the contrary. For the avoidance of doubt, any of the provisions of this [Section 2.16] may be amended with the consent of the Required Lenders; provided, that no such amendment shall require any Revolving Lender to provide any Extended Revolving Tranche without such Revolving Lender’s consent.

This ‎[Section 2.15] shall supersede any provisions in ‎[Section 2.13] or ‎10.01 to the contrary.

This [Section 10.11] is intended only to define the relative rights of the Loan Guarantors, and nothing set forth in this [Section 10.11] is intended to or shall impair the obligations of the Loan Guarantors, jointly and severally, to pay any amounts as and when the same shall become due and payable in accordance with the terms of this Loan Guaranty.

This ‎[Section 2.16] shall supersede any provisions in ‎[Section 2.13] or ‎10.01 to the contrary.

This [Section 2.18] shall supersede any provisions in [Section 11.11] to the contrary.
